ABOUT THE SPORT

The Central Coast provides a range of participation options for Water Polo enthusiasts with social and competitive competitions, development programs, and representative pathways available through a range of Sport and Active Recreation providers across the Central Coast.

Water Polo is played by both men and women and is the longest-standing team sport in the Olympic Games and is played in over 100 countries.

Central Coast Water Polo provides opportunities to participate in Water Polo via our four local clubs – The Entrance,Gosford, Woy Woy and Wyong.

Central Coast Water Polo provides Junior (Under-12, 14 and 16’s age groups) and a graded Senior competition in women’s and men’s divisions, with games played at Wyong Olympic Pool, Gosford Olympic Pool (juniors only) and Peninsula Leisure Centre.

Our local competition supports a full range of ages and abilities from social players to National League standard participation.

New players are always welcome – with no experience necessary – so join your local club today!
