Central Coast Council supports a healthy and active community.
Council provides facilities across our region which cater for a broad range of sport and active recreation activities including archery, aussie rules, athletics, baseball, cricket, cycling, fitness, netball, oztag, rugby league, rugby union, skating, soccer, swimming, tennis, touch football, water polo and many more.
Council also provides three recreation centres – Peninsula Leisure Centre, Lake Haven Recreation Centre and Niagara Park Stadium – and three pools – Gosford Olympic Pool, Wyong Pool and Toukley Aquatic Centre – which provide multiple community sport and active recreation activities, facilities and services.
The Central Coast possesses more than 162kms of shared pathways across the region where you can walk, run, ride or skate to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle.
