Central Coast Water Polo

DESCRIPTION

Central Coast Water Polo provides opportunities to participate in our sport via our four local clubs – The Entrance and Wyong (North) and Gosford and Woy Woy (South) across the NSW Central Coast.

We provide Junior (Under-12, 14 and 16’s age groups) and a graded Senior competition in women’s and men’s divisions, with games played at Wyong Olympic Pool, Gosford Olympic Pool (juniors only) and Peninsula Leisure Centre.

Our competition supports a full range of ages and abilities from social players to National League standard participation.

New players are always welcome – with no experience necessary!

ACTIVITIES OFFERED

The Central Coast Water Polo competition runs from mid-October through to March.

Juniors (Under-12, 14 and 16’s age groups) play on a Saturday morning and seniors (M3, L2, M2, L1 and M1) play on a Wednesday night.

Our clubs also offer a Flippaball program which is a modified version of water polo for children under the age of 10.

Throughout the season there are various social and competitive tournaments for both Junior and Senior players to attend. There is also the opportunity to try out for the Central Coast Representative Team to compete at State and National championships.
