Terrigal Bowling Club
DESCRIPTION
Terrigal Bowling Club offers two grass and one synthetic greens for both competitive and recreational lawn bowls all located within the Terrigal Bowling Club Ltd premises where members and visitors can make use of the fully licensed club facilities including bistro dining.
We offer free coaching from Bowls Australia accredited coaches for anyone looking to take up a game of lawn bowls or for bowlers wishing to improve their game and we can supply equipment if required. Our coaches are qualified to work with those wishing to bowl who have restricted mobility (including wheel chairs) and impaired vision. All coaches also have current Working With Children Check.
Participants can enjoy both recreational and competitive bowls with regular regular tournament events happening throughout the year.
Visitors to the Central Coast are always welcome to join the club’s bowling activities.
ACTIVITIES OFFERED
Lawn Bowling Men, Women and Juniors bowlers. We also offer the opportunity for Barefoot Bowling events.
Men’s Bowls:
Thursday 12:30pm – Men’s Triples
Saturday 12:30pm – Men’s Jackpot Pairs
Sunday 9:30am – Men’s pairs (Mufti)
Ladies Bowls:
Tuesday 9:00am
Friday 9:30am
Mixed Open Bowls:
Wednesday 12:30pm – Pairs
Wednesday evening – Twilight Triples – 5pm – 7.30pm
Sunday 12:30pm – Pairs
Barefoot Bowls:
Barefoot Bowls is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
Games are $10 per person and include bowls hire and set-up, with multi-coloured and smaller bowls available for children.
Packages including food and beverage are available on enquiry.
Terrigal Junior Bowlers:
Some of the country’s best bowlers learnt to play from a very young age! Here at Terrigal Bowling Club, we encourage juniors of all ages to come and train and play. Junior players enjoy:
