Pickleball

ABOUT THE SPORT

Pickleball is one of the fastest growing sports in Australia and is great for social connection, mental and physical well-being.

There are many ways to participate in Pickleball on the Central Coast including local clubs providing competitions and social play and a range of free play courts and venues to hire free Pickleball kits.

Using a paddle and plastic wiffle ball, Pickleball is played indoors or outdoors on a hard surface and is a combination of Tennis, Badminton and Table Tennis.

Small court dimensions, modified equipment and a focus on fun, make Pickleball suitable for a wide range of skill levels, ages and abilities.

There are a several ways in which you can participate in Pickleball:

  • Join one of our local clubs who offer both social and competitive play
  • Play with friends at free-play court locations across the Central Coast
  • Hire a Pickleball Kit for free from one of several locations and head to one of the free-play courts.
