The Scuba Gym Australia
DESCRIPTION
The Scuba Gym provides Scuba Therapy to people with special needs, like Quadriplegics, Paraplegics, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy, Lyme’s Disease, Dandy-Walker Syndrome, Hypotonia, Fibromyalgia, Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS), Motor Neuron Disease, Spina Bifida, Autism, Down Syndrome, PTSD and amputees, and all others that have the desire to learn to scuba dive.
We have seen autistic children concentrate, focus, gain confidence, do things their parents thought they would never do.
Scuba Therapy allows for unique therapy in a weightless environment giving people the ability to increase strength and flexibility not possible during normal workouts. At the Scuba Gym, individualized workouts without gravity are designed to naturally strengthen and heal the body. The benefits are individual to each participant and are life-changing.
