Kincumber Colts Junior Rugby League Club
DESCRIPTION
The Kincumber Colts Juniors are a successful family orientated junior rugby league club that has been fielding teams in the Central Coast District Junior Rugby League since 1982.
Our club caters for players of all ages and abilities from first-year players to elite junior representatives – with several Colts juniors going on to play in the National Rugby League competition.
We are a voluntary run organisation with a dedicated team of committee members and helpers, whom along with many enthusiastic and devoted members of the past have shaped the club to where it is now.
The local community hold us in high regard and we give back financially by locally sourcing the many services we use.
Our Junior Rugby League season generally runs from March to September, comprising of approximately 16 rounds and played on Saturdays.
ACTIVITIES OFFERED
The Kincumber Colts Juniors provide participation options for players from Under-6’s to Under-17’s.
We have mixed boys and girls teams from Under-6’s to Under-12’s (mini and modern league) and International boys teams from Under-13’s to Under-17’s.
In 2021 we will also cater for Under-13,15 and 17’s girls tackle and League Tag competitions.
Teams from Under-10 to Under-17’s play in a three-tiered graded competition (Division 1, 2 and 3) ensuring players and teams are evenly matched.
Our club hosts and annual Mod League Development Day where Under-9’s Junior Rugby League teams from across the Central Coast compete in a day-long gala event in preparation for their transition from mini to mod league and competition the following season.
