Gosford Seagulls Swimming Club
DESCRIPTION
The Seagulls meet at Gosford Olympic Pool every week for casual swim training sessions. Our training goals are fitness, friendship and fun, including people who:
• want to maintain or improve their overall health and fitness
• have an injury or illness and have been advised by a medical professional that swimming will assist their recovery (please inform us)
• find being encouraged by a supportive team is good motivation
• swim because it’s a great way to get social with like-minded people
• want to practise their technique so swimming becomes more enjoyable
• challenge themselves to train often and compete to achieve their personal best
We’re supported by Masters Swimming NSW and Seagulls who enjoy the excitement and motivation of competitions are encouraged to attend race events across the state.
Women and men who can swim at least 100m are welcome to visit and try out swimming with us for up to four weeks with no commitment or cost besides the standard pool entry fee.
Info for your first swim with us:
• Gosford Olympic Pool (indoor heated), pay pool entry
• In the water by 6:45pm Mondays and Thursdays
• Just bring your usual swimming gear
ACTIVITIES OFFERED
Casual group swim training sessions for fitness and practising technique.
Option of competitive swimming at race events across the state.
