Welcome to G-Force Pole and Fitness! We are a small business focused on providing high-quality pole, aerial, and dance classes – and much more!

We have two modern studios, located in West Gosford (Central Coast) and Cameron Park (Lake Macquarie). We have been open since 2012 and offer a variety of classes to suit all styles and level of fitness. Our aim is to empower people from all walks of life to feel fit and fabulous. Classes are competitively priced and offer amazing value for money.
