Central Coast Baseball Association
DESCRIPTION
Central Coast Baseball Association is made up of five summer and five winter community clubs that compete in competitions for all ages and abilities across the Central Coast, with a focus on improving playing knowledge through fun and inclusive club training programs.
Junior Baseball:
CCBA offers competitions for Juniors aged 4-16 years-of-age throughout the Summer season, with modified t-ball and rookie-ball (machine pitch) games preparing our youngsters for all live-ball aspects of traditional baseball.
Central Coast Junior Representative teams are selected annually to compete in various tournaments around the state, leading into the NSW State Championships, with an end goal of achieving World Little League Championship Qualification.
Our Junior Travel Ball teams also offer the fun of tournament gameplay in other regions without the pressure of elite championship play.
We are pleased to also offer school holiday training programs and other events, in conjunction with the Sydney Blue Sox ABL team.
We are proud to also run our very own Coasties Cup for the past 27 years, one of the biggest junior baseball tournaments in the state.
Senior Baseball:
Mixed Senior competitions take place in both summer and winter seasons with five grades on offer to cater to all playing abilities. Our senior players have opportunities to join Travel Ball teams competing in master’s tournaments within NSW and nationwide.
We also have a club competing in the Sydney State League in summer – the Central Coast Marlins.
